At Boujiee Empire, we take pride in providing high-quality products across all of our brands. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products, hair products, cosmetics, or apparel once they have been purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, Boujiee Empire will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
